Q. How much does it cost to have my teeth cleaned at the GRCC dental clinic?

A. The cost for an adult cleaning is $25 and the cost for a child 17 and under is $20. This includes an exam, cleaning, necessary x-rays and a flouride treatment. For GRCC students, the cost is $12.

Q. How long does the appointment take?

A. The appointment is approximately 2 hours and some patients will need to return for additional appointments at no additional charge depending on the condition of thier teeth.

Q. Where is the dental clinic located?

A. The dental hygiene clinic is located in room 301 of the Cook Academic Hall. The address is 143 Bostwick NE, Grand Rapids 49503.

Q. Where should I park while I am at the dental clinic?

A. There are several student parking ramps located on campus  and we will give you a parking voucher to cover your parking while you are here. You can find the parking ramps and directions at www.grcc.edu/maps.

Q. What is screening?

A. A screening is an evaluation of the condition of your teeth to determine if you can return as a patient of our clinic.

Q. Why does this appointment take so long?

A.This is an educational facility and the students are learning. Professors perform periodic checks throughout the cleaning process.
